By Rail
Rourkela railway station is 7 km away from the NIT campus. The Howrah-Mumbai line and Ranchi-Bhubaneswar line passes through this city.
By Road
Rourkela is well connected by State Highway no. 10 and National Highway no. 23. It connects to the cities like Ranchi, Raipur, Sambalpur, Bhubaneswar etc.
Accommodation
- All invited speakers will be provided with paid lodging at the Institute Guest House, based on the availability.
- All delegates and participants must make a prior booking (during registration).
- A hotel, however, can be booked on a payment basis.

Student participants will be accommodated in Student Hostels for Rs. 400 per night night with meals (twin sharing).
The accommodation fee will be charged during the registration.
- NOTE: The accommodation for students will be provided only from 5th July to 8th July 2023
